FEA Foundation of Exceptional Achievers

FEA, Inc. is a professional behavioral health organization that provides a Day habilitation program. Therefore, it provides, recommends, and/or arranges for a variety of services. These services include the following:

• Case management
• Community inclusion training (riding the bus, preparation of a simple meal, laundry/housekeeping skills, etc.)
• Case consultation
• Crisis Stabilization
• Community Access Group and Individual services
• Family/guardian training
• Counseling
• Prevocational training

High Risk Intervention: individual-(education/training, prevention services provide to the primary caregiver that includes family members and teachers;

Client behavioral intervention: individual- (teaching daily living skills, developmental skills, behavior management skills, and behavioral self-control.

FEA, Inc., from time to time, will add to or delete from this list. This will depend on the assessment of the executive committee as to whether the agency can adequately provide the services under consideration. Prior to adding services, approval /certification/licensure will be obtained from the appropriate agencies.
